Chris Diaz (Div. II Singles) and the team of Billy Weldon and Stu Little (Div. I Doubles) successfully defended their State Titles from a year ago. Congrats to Finalist Ian Wagner (Div. II Singles) and Quarterfinalists Kent Seitz, Nate Wallace (Div. I Doubles) for representing Columbus, their schools and Elysium. For Ian, Chris and Billy it was a nice ending to their high school careers, as all will head off to play college tennis at Emory, Ohio State and Butler, respectively. Congrats To All!!

Elysium’s Emma Stein Wins Doubles Easter Bowl Tournament
Congratulations to Elysium’s Emma Stein who won her 1st gold ball by winning the 2011 Girls’ 14′s Easter Bowl in Doubles. One of the most prestigious Junior Tournaments in the United States Emma joins the list of champions that include John McEnroe, Pam Shriver, Andy Roddick and Jennifer Capriati.
